Responsibilities

• Maintain overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly master sanitation schedules.
• Verify final weights of finished products.
• Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished products.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and pull lab samples for production.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance personnel.
• Follow start-up and shutdown procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Skills

Advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills
