• Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and inefficiencies across all business functions
• Map existing workflows, and co-design improved systems with internal teams
• Build and deploy AI-powered and automated workflows to remove repetitive manual work
• Design simple, intuitive systems that replace complex multi-step processes
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through rollout and adoption
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and decide when to build versus buy solutions
• Create and maintain coherent internal systems architecture and data flows
