Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Instructional Design.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement instructional materials including facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and digital resources.
  • Create interactive e‑learning modules and micro learnings.
  • Apply instructional design theories to ensure content is engaging and effective.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collect and analyse feedback and data to improve training materials.
  • Maintain training records and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning technologies.
  • Facilitate training when support is needed.
  • Work with technical staff to troubleshoot problems.
