A leading transport company in the UK is seeking a Team Leader to manage railway maintenance activities. Candidates must have team management experience and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Appointment Basis: Permanent. 24/7 operation therefore must be flexible (Days, Nights, Weekends)

Managing a team of talented technicians on site. You will be responsible for ensuring all train maintenance and servicing activities run to their maximum efficiency and output. Day to day you will work closely with teams across the business, this includes total preventative maintenance, managing and supporting production staff in fault finding and technicial investigations and much more.
