Holland Haven Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our school office. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school office for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will help create a safe, warm, welcoming environment that enables children to learn, staff to teach and the whole community to flourish. If you have good team leading skills, are organised and enjoy variety in your working life (no two days are the same) we would love to hear from you.
This position will be working term time plus one week non-pupil days and two weeks holiday working (some of which will be used to attend and minute committee and governor meetings, which are held on Monday evenings throughout the school year). The role will be for 37 hours a week (8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-4pm on Friday).
The salary for this role is paid at Essex Schools Pay Scales, scale 7 Points 19 - 24 which equates to £28,839 - £31,853 for the hours and weeks worked. Salary will be paid in 12 equal payments. There is also an extra £280 for each full governing board meeting.
