Qualifications
- Sports experience or interest to learn.
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, long hours) and regular attendance.
- Remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations.
Responsibilities
- Check-in members and customers for daily activities.
- Ensure correct equipment is available and all play areas are properly set up.
- Assist in program coordination.
- Provide adventure instruction and coach youth.

Inside Lifezone360 Facility, 999 W. Main Street, West Dundee, IL 60118
- Check‑in members and customers for daily activities
- Ensure correct equipment is available, and all play areas are properly set up
- Ensure events start on time and are paced accurately
- Provide supervision on adventure elements as needed
- Keep a supervisor informed of issues and updates
- Assist in program coordination
- Be knowledgeable about prices, programming, and events
- Resolve all guest concerns and complaints, or direct to the appropriate Manager
- Respond to incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations; complete and file corresponding paperwork as necessary
- Know and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rules
- Provide adventure instruction and coach youth (based on experience)
- Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by management
Supervision Received: An Adventure Troop Member reports directly to the Supervisor/Manager on Duty.
- Ability to work with ages from pre‑school through adult
- Sports experience or interest to learn
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, long hours) and regular attendance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail‑oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize
- Remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Respectful and friendly to athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow team members
- Take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility
- Commitment to the safety and well‑being of others
- Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to enter information on computers
- Facility has intermittent noise
