Join Hidden Hearing as a Clinic Coordinator at our Ballymena Clinic.

We are looking for an integral member of our team to deliver life‑changing hearing healthcare to patients in the Ballymena region.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality professional patient care via inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Ballymena area, meeting weekly, quarterly and annual targets; expected 80+ calls per day.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Hidden Hearing’s core values and delivering a phenomenal patient care experience.
• Support staff and patients to achieve success.

Compensation

On Target Earnings of approximately £30,000 per annum (including basic salary and commission). OTE for this role: £25,000 – £30,000 per year.
