Are you looking for the next step in your coffee career? At Redemption Roasters, we believe great coffee can change lives. Our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work on release. After a busy few months, we are hiring a Roastery Delivery Driver to help us roast, pack and ship outstanding coffee on time, every time. We’re on the lookout for a Delivery Driver who wants to grow and learn something new. This could be your chance to join the roastery from the driver’s seat, get hands on, and represent us on the road. You will keep routes smooth, look after every order, and make sure customers get their coffee on time. By doing this each day, you help deliver our social mission.

You Will

• Load, secure, and deliver orders on time and in full, checking counts and batch codes at both ends.
• Keep the van and loading areas clean as you go. You’re handy with a broom and keep your kit clean.
• Share clear ETAs and updates with customers and teammates, and handle returns neatly.
• Help with loading, collections and stock moves between sites, including production on non-driving days.
• Do your checks before you set off: vehicle, packaging condition and the right coffee loaded up. Flag issues early.
• Look after delivery notes and proof of delivery so records stay accurate

• Pitch in around the roastery at the start and end of routes so the day runs smoothly
• Get involved in training and the odd cupping to build your coffee knowledge
