We are working with a leading contractor seeking a detail‑driven Finance Administrator to support their busy commercial and finance teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration experience, particularly within a contractor, subcontractor, or supply‑chain environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive financial administrative support to the team.
  • Raise and process purchase orders (POs).
  • Manage PO tracking, approvals and updates.
  • Chase suppliers and subcontractors for invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Handle invoice queries, discrepancies, and approvals.
  • Assist with accounts payable processes and supplier liaison.
  • Run finance reports and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support wider commercial and administration duties as required.
About You
  • Experience working for a contractor, subcontractor, or in supply‑chain administration.
  • Strong understanding of purchase order and invoice processes.
  • Confident in chasing information and resolving invoice queries.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
