Be open to building a tech career in New Zealand or Australia. You could see yourself shaping the user experience of a banking app, turning customer feedback into real features, or building a dashboard that helps teams understand why customers leave and how to keep them.

• Up to 12 weeks of hands-on training in our Skills Lab with expert coaches
• Learn practical skills such as Object-Oriented Programming, JavaScript, Springboot, React, Git, SQL and CI/CD pipelines and AI integrations
• Work with ASX-listed clients across Finance, Insurance, Health and more including Australia’s big 4 banks
• Explore project positions such as Software Engineer, Automation Tester, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and more
• Get ongoing support, mentoring & career coaching
• Make an impact: Work on projects that matter from day one

This isn’t just training for training’s sake. You’ll be solving real-world problems on high-impact projects like:

• Building backend APIs that power banking apps used by millions
• Creating web features for insurance platforms and seeing them go live
• Automating manual processes with scripts and tools that save teams hours
• Supporting cloud migrations and writing clean, scalable code
• Collaborating with product teams in a fast-paced agile environment

You don’t need to come from a tech background — we’ll teach you what you need to know.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field – from STEM to psychology to business)
• Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand (citizen or permanent resident)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Clear communication, and a willingness to learn
• Open to relocating for client projects in Australia or New Zealand (relocation support provided)

Office attendance required 3-5 days, dependent on client assignment
