The Leyland Facility is the home of the Chicago Town branded pizzas. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Facilities Maintenance Team, ensuring all administrative aspects related to building and equipment are managed and documented.
- Serve as an integral member of the Facilities Maintenance Team, responsible for all administrative aspects related to maintaining buildings and ancillary equipment critical for the factory’s day‑to‑day operations.
- Ensure necessary documentation is in place and up to date to comply with legislative requirements.
- Collaborate closely with site maintenance engineering teams, production teams and the Capital Investment Project team to ensure smooth site operations.
- Assist with the procurement and installation of new equipment and facilities, staying updated on new purchases to support the future sustainability of the factory.
- Maintain documentation and administrative aspects related to all facilities equipment, processes and purchase orders.
- Proficient in SAP and good office administration practices.
- Confident communicator with a personable and professional manner.
- Ability to interact and relate to all levels of colleagues and build strong working relationships within all departments.
