We're looking for an exceptional Head of SEO to join our growing team. Someone who lives and breathes search optimization, knows the ins and outs of e-commerce SEO, is passionate about the AI and LLMs and has the vision for building something extraordinary from the ground up.

You’ll be leading SEO strategy for a variety of ambitious e-commerce clients, helping them dominate search results and drive meaningful revenue growth. If technical audits, content strategies, and turning data into organic growth excite you as much as building and leading a world‑class team, this role’s got your name written all over it.

As Head of SEO, you’ll be the driving force behind our organic growth and AI initiatives. You’ll balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, client relationships and team development.

No two days will be the same. One moment you’ll be conducting a comprehensive technical audit for a Shopify Plus migration, the next you’ll be presenting growth strategies to a client’s board. You’ll work closely with developers, content creators, and account managers across the agency to ensure our SEO work is as impactful as it is innovative.

• Minimum of 7 years of proven SEO experience with measurable e-commerce results.
• Deep expertise in Shopify SEO and platform optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Skilled in international SEO, hreflang implementation, and multilingual strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with e-commerce migrations and platform transitions.
• Confident in presenting strategies and results to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of how SEO integrates with paid media, email, and CRO.
• Natural ability to mentor team members and drive best practices.
• Up to speed on AI, algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

• Leadership experience building and scaling SEO teams.
• Background working with enterprise e-commerce brands.
• Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Knowledge of conversion optimisation and customer journey mapping.
