Job summary
A leading nonprofit organization in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits. This role involves overseeing payroll and human resources actions and providing leadership in compensation and benefits strategies. Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of HR experience, with strong customer service skills and the ability to influence leadership. Qualifications
