A dynamic SaaS company in Portsmouth is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive retention. Responsibilities include resolving client issues and upselling services, supported by comprehensive training and excellent team incentives. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a sales or account management role and excel in communication and negotiation. Working Hours - 8.30-5.30pm Monday-Friday
Salary – £30,000- £40,000 with an OTE of £65,000.

To be considered for this role, you need at least 2-3 years of experience within a client facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success.
