This crucial role will ensure that HR technology platforms are optimised, embedded and utilised to deliver business value. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives - from demand intake to prioritisation to delivery, training and continuous improvement. - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives from demand intake through prioritisation, delivery, training and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience and confidence using SuccessFactors
- Prior people management experience (minimum of one direct report, plus occasional consultants)
- A strong blend of account management and technical skills
- Willingness to be hands-on (e.g., debugging, testing, design)
