Job summary
A housing management company is seeking an experienced Plumber with additional multi-trade skills to join their team in Merton. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs across properties, ensuring a first-class service delivery. A valid UK driving licence is mandatory as a company vehicle will be provided. The compensation package includes a salary between £36,000 and £41,000 and eligibility for additional benefits like a £125 monthly London Allowance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales.
