A leading grocery retailer is seeking a Network Planning Analyst to support the Merchandising Operations team. In this role, you will optimise stock flow within the supply chain network, collaborating closely with planners and stakeholders. The position allows for a flexible hybrid working pattern, requiring some in-office presence in Bracknell. Candidates should have experience in supply chain reporting and data analysis, with a salary range of £44,800 to £67,200.
As a Network Planning Analyst you will be working as part of a small team, part of the wider Waitrose Merchandising Operations team. The Network Planning Analyst will support the Network Planning Manager to support how key transformation and optimisation projects impact the flow of goods throughout the Waitrose network.
You will be responsible for understanding how the efficient stock flow through the Waitrose distribution network relates to these key transformation and optimisation projects. This will include working closely with the Waitrose Planners. You will refine across all categories replenishment plans, responding to stakeholder and customer information, ensuring the most optimised service. Ensure changes to plans are in line with agreed capacity guardrails and constraints, ensuring the flow of goods through the network balancing the needs of distribution and the branch network.
