You’ll be right there supporting the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store, driving sales, and delivering the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. - Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer preferred
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
