This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Manager role based in Canterbury, Kent. The role involves leading customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of every decision, and resolving any customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing a customer support team, analysing customer feedback data to improve services, and ensuring effective communication with clients to address their needs and queries.

• Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction expertise
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and improving processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and guide a team effectively
• Experience in a customer service role, within a veterinary or healthcare setting, is an advantage
