A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a clinical leader to oversee nursing and paramedic teams in police custody healthcare. The role involves providing clinical leadership, managing staff performance, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. Candidates should be registered nurses or paramedics with leadership experience and a commitment to developing others. This full-time position includes weekend shifts and offers training and development opportunities.

About you: You will be a registered nurse/paramedic with 3-year post-qualification experience and proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a calm, fair, and values-driven approach to leadership.
The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) across a 7-day service. Shifts are 7.5 hours and include weekend working, with some flexibility required to support service demands. Experience in urgent, forensic or custodial healthcare is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing professional development are provided.

This role is based in the UK.
