Agilis Search is partnering with a leading, highly reputable, organisation in Ipswich who are looking for a Project Support Officer to join them on a part‑time basis for a period of 10‑months. As Project Support Officer you will provide essential coordination, administrative support, and project delivery assistance across a range of technology and business‑system improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about supporting successful project outcomes.

10-month fixed term – part‑time – hybrid working

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist with configuration and testing of new systems.
  • Lead on data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of new systems.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and staff to ensure system adoption.
  • Work with managers to capture requirements and validate system functionality.
  • Develop user guides and deliver training sessions for managers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting requirements.
  • Support the IT Project Manager with implementation.
  • Support integration between different systems.
  • Provide first-line support during testing and go-live phases.
  • Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
