Qualifications

• Experience of litigation and handling Credit Hire files with evidence of managing own case load.
• Ability to use own initiative and plan workloads.
• Good telephone negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze cases in accordance with client guidelines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Draft defenses and complete direction questionnaires.
