The role will deliver revenue growth through up selling and cross selling of existing products and services across designated account base.The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring that new customers to Elavon are welcomed to the organisation in an appropriate manner. In addition they will ensure that each customer has an account management plan which focuses on increasing product penetration and gaining customer longevity. The role involves regular travel to attend customer meetings, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.The successful candidate will take direction from the Customer Account Management, Manager, which includes achieving revenue targets, in year new business and additional product penetration targets as well as ensuring the attrition of customers is minimised.**Customer Account Management UK, Manager.****Fitness & Probity**This role **is** a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.* Achieve set monthly targets in respect of sales and accounts retained* Follow up on each account with customers to ensure the customer understands the offering / promotion you are presenting to them* Provide accurate reports on daily, weekly, monthly activity, including inbound and outbound calls.
