About the role

The Møller Institute is a world-class executive education and leadership development provider, and part of Churchill College, Cambridge. We design and deliver impactful learning experiences for leaders at all levels, working across industries to shape the future of leadership, innovation, and organisational performance.

As part of the University of Cambridge ecosystem, we offer an intellectually rich and collaborative environment, welcoming global participants and contributors who are shaping the future of leadership.

We are looking for a Programme Delivery Coordinator to ensure the seamless delivery of our programmes and outstanding service for clients and participants. If you’re an organised, proactive professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional learning experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities
Programme delivery and client service
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of executive education programmes, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and participants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during programme delivery, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding quickly and effectively to evolving needs.
Stakeholder and contributor coordination
  • Work closely with Programme Designers, contributors and facilitators to ensure operational readiness.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Venue, F&B, Tech and Operations) to align resources and meet programme needs.
Logistics and event management
  • Manage logistical arrangements including accommodation, travel, dining, A/V setup, and cultural or networking activities.
  • Oversee the preparation, formatting, and distribution of supporting programme materials (e.g., timetables, joining instructions, workbooks, signage), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand compliance.
  • Monitor live sessions and events, resolving issues in real time to maintain high delivery standards.
Financial and administrative Support
  • Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation in collaboration with Programme Designers.
  • Organise venues for company visits, arrange travel, and complete related administrative tasks.
Continuous improvement and quality assurance
  • Maintain meticulous delivery standards and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine delivery processes and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable professional with a commitment to outstanding client and participant experiences. You will bring:

  • Experience in event management, operations, or project management, ideally within education, training, hospitality, or a related sector.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Calmness under pressure and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Competence in using technology for programme delivery (e.g. A/V systems, online platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), or the ability and willingness to develop these skills rapidly.
  • Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends during programme delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Education, Event Management).
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CMP, PMP, PRINCE2) or foreign language proficiency.

You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply – if you are motivated by exceptional client service and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Why join the us?

At the Møller Institute, we offer:

  • A dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment at a world-leading executive education provider.
  • Opportunities to work with global leaders and world-class contributors from the University of Cambridge and beyond.
  • A supportive and collaborative team that values professionalism, creativity, and service excellence.
  • Benefits including on-site parking, gym access, lunch when working on-site, an extra day off on your birthday, and more.
  • A predominantly on-site role at the Møller Institute in Cambridge, with some flexibility depending on programme delivery requirements.
