You will provide support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them develop the skills to secure paid work at the end of their course. Working with employers to identify opportunities for students with learning difficulties and disabilities to undertake work experience/supported internship. Identifying appropriate students and preparing them for internships and supporting them in the work place to successfully complete their internship.
