We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Adult Learning to lead, manage and develop the adult curriculum offer across the college. The successful candidate will drive growth in adult programmes, maximise student participation and achievement rates and ensure all students receive an outstanding experience. You will play a proactive role in delivering the college’s strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on adult vocational programmes and local employment. This is a pivotal leadership role, requiring experience in adult further education, curriculum development and stakeholder engagement.
