Home Ownership Administrator – Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

Join us to apply for the Home Ownership Administrator role at Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This position supports the Home Ownership team in delivering seamless services to residents.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Ownership team to ensure new projects run smoothly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resident enquiries in person, by email, or phone.
  • Keep the system up to date and organise and facilitate quarterly events.
  • Create presale management packs on request and within deadlines, including raising invoices and protecting the Council from claims.
  • Attend meetings outside normal working hours or on weekends when necessary, with sufficient notice.
What You'll Bring
  • Highly motivated with excellent administrative, organisational and minute‑taking skills.
  • Experience in planning, project coordination or event logistics, including planning tools and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build trust with residents, councillors and partners.
  • Can‑do attitude and genuine passion for making a difference.
