The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: HNC in Engineering or equivalent; time‑served apprenticeship (electrical/mechanical/steam).
- Experience: Proven experience in an engineering leadership role; knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, LSAS & EN14065 (Healthcare); budget management and project planning experience; familiarity with planned preventive maintenance systems.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills; knowledge of utility usage metrics and machine availability tracking; effective written and verbal communication.

This role oversees a team of Maintenance Technicians ensuring the efficient and safe running of all Production equipment at the Eurocell Recycling site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
