Are you passionate about providing exceptional client care and supporting pets in need? We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Hart Veterinary Centre in Bicester.

Your Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—offering reassurance, support, and a professional, caring experience at every step. No two days are the same, and your role will be key to keeping our hospital running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Booking appointments and procedures accurately
  • Processing payments and insurance claims
  • Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination
