Job summary

A leading care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance, manage complex casework, and support Employment Tribunal claims. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Employee Relations and a strong understanding of Employment Law. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and casework is required.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Experience in the Care sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert guidance on Employee Relations issues.
  • Manage complex casework, hearings, and meetings.
  • Support ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Assist with TUPE and change management processes.
  • Maintain accurate case records in the HR system.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issues
  • Managing complex casework and attending hearings and meetings
  • Supporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims
  • Assisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructures
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR system
  • Contributing to training and development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing your own administration and workload
  • IT savvy – especially with Word and Excel
