A law firm in Glasgow is seeking a skilled legal professional to provide comprehensive planning advice, draft legal documents, and engage in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong understanding of Scottish planning law. To work as part of a team, led by three Partners, dealing with a broad range of interesting and challenging planning instructions but with an emphasis on energy. Although there will be an emphasis on contentious matters such as planning appeals, public inquiries, hearings and judicial review, the post will require input on strategic decision making and advice, as well as drafting of planning obligations.
