Working as part of our Projects division, we are looking for an experienced, hands on HR Manager to work in our office and construction sites in Ipswich. The role will be responsible for delivering our comprehensive HR services on a joint venture project, with an overall project value of around £600 million with a headcount of around 900 employees. You will build a team to help deliver and implement the people strategy to enable the project to deliver its strategic objectives, whilst working in partnership with the Projects Senior Leadership team and joint venture partners.
