Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and drive all facets of human resources within our UK office. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and HR strategy, all while nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s goals and UK employment law.
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and compliant.
  • Act as a key liaison between management and staff, providing guidance on employee relations, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UK employment laws, health & safety, data protection (e.g., GDPR), and HR best practices.
  • Oversee HR administration: maintain employee records, organisational charts, HR metrics, and confidentiality.
  • Drive HR projects to boost employee engagement, retention, and culture, including recognition schemes, DE&I initiatives, and training programs.
Required Qualifications And Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, data management, and HR analytics.
  • A relevant HR qualification or degree (e.g., CIPD, business, HRM, or equivalent). Certifications desirable.
