Job summary
A progressive HR consultancy in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Senior HR Advisor. This role focuses on strategic HR support within a hybrid working model and demands 5-7 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in employment law and capable of managing change and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Offering a competitive salary between £47,000-£55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years' previous HR experience in a generalist role.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
- Knowledge of change management and project management principles.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead change management processes.
- Partner with departments to enable a people-first culture.
- Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach managers on employee relations matters.
- Support organisational design aligned to business requirements.
- Drive process excellence and improvements in HR practices.
- Lead talent management and succession planning activities.
- Ensure compliance in people management processes.
- Identify employee engagement initiatives.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across various teams.
