A leading experiential marketing agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Operations & Logistics to shape their operational capability across fleet, warehouse, and event delivery. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in operations and proven people leadership skills. This role involves overseeing high-profile brand activations and ensuring operational governance. Candidates with solid experience in live events are preferred. A full driving license and flexibility for live events are required.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations & Logistics to lead and shape our operational capability across fleet, warehouse, logistics and event delivery. This role sits at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in ensuring our client programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Client Services Director and working closely with the Head of (Client) Projects, you’ll be a key operational leader across all live projects, which combining hands‑on delivery leadership with longer‑term planning and operational governance.
You’ll oversee delivery for high‑profile brand activations at venues such as Lord’s Cricket Ground, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the NEC and Battersea Power Station, bringing structure, control and data‑led insight to support effective planning and future growth.
