Job description

At MSL Global, we deliver exceptional experiential brand activations for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. As our business continues to grow, we’re excited to be recruiting for a newly created senior management role.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations & Logistics to lead and shape our operational capability across fleet, warehouse, logistics and event delivery. This role sits at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in ensuring our client programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Client Services Director and working closely with the Head of (Client) Projects, you’ll be a key operational leader across all live projects, which combining hands‑on delivery leadership with longer‑term planning and operational governance.

You’ll oversee delivery for high‑profile brand activations at venues such as Lord’s Cricket Ground, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the NEC and Battersea Power Station, bringing structure, control and data‑led insight to support effective planning and future growth.

This role is for you if you:
  • Have senior‑level experience leading operations, logistics or service delivery teams in a fast‑paced, complex environment
  • Bring proven people leadership, with accountability for performance, development and capability planning
  • Are confident owning operational budgets, forecasting and cost control
  • Have strong knowledge of health & safety, risk management and operational governance
  • Thrive in live, physical delivery environments such as events, experiential, fleet and/or warehouse operations
  • Experience within live events is highly desirable. Applications from candidates with a solely digital marketing or SaaS background will not be considered.
  • Office base: Bordon, Hampshire
  • Full driving licence required
  • Flexibility to support live events, including occasional evenings and weekends
