This initiative positions us as the first consumer goods company in the UK to transition their steam generation to Green Hydrogen, making this a truly career-defining opportunity.In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:* Provide strategic technical leadership to all site utilities operations, including the Boiler House and Effluent Treatment Plant.* Lead and develop a high-performing team of operators and multi-disciplined technicians & engineers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.* Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and industry regulations, as well as corporate standards.* Drive cost control, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives aligned with site and corporate objectives.* Oversee maintenance strategies, asset reliability programmes, and emergency response planning.* Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure operational performance meets or exceeds targets.* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support site-wide projects and long-term infrastructure planning.* Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver operational excellence.Huggies.
