Job summary
A leading construction firm in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced TSM/M&E Manager to oversee an £10m fit-out project in Frome. The role involves daily management of M&E subcontractors and ensuring installation standards are met. Candidates should have significant electrical or mechanical experience and relevant certifications. This position is contract-based and requires strong leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Experienced candidate must be electrically or mechanically biased.
- Must have up-to-date accreditations including SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
- Ability to oversee multiple M&E subcontractors daily.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the M&E packages on a £4m fit-out project.
- Manage site meetings and ensure high standards in installations.
- Supervise approximately 40 workers on-site daily.
