Job summary
A leading insurance firm in London is seeking a Platform Support Specialist to enhance broker experience and manage platform operations. In this role, you will respond to broker enquiries, log submissions, and support operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a desire to study towards CII certification. This permanent, full-time position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in digital distribution.
Qualifications
- Must be able to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator able to engage with brokers and colleagues.
- View to studying towards CII certification.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally via live chat and inbox.
- Log submissions, issue policies, and prepare documentation accurately.
- Chase outstanding items and follow up on quotations.
- Explain product features and answer coverage queries.
- Conduct daily risk reviews of broker-generated quotes.
- Gather feedback to refine the platform and improve experience.
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
