• Chase outstanding items and follow up on quotations.
• Explain product features and answer coverage queries.
• Conduct daily risk reviews of broker-generated quotes.
• Gather feedback to refine the platform and improve experience.
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
