We are seeking a highly analytical, enthusiastic, and detail‑oriented individual to join the OTC Derivatives Desk in London. You will help price, execute, and manage the crypto options book alongside a global team of traders. This role offers significant exposure and responsibility early on at an exciting time for the industry and the firm especially.

Note: This role requires some coverage of US market hours (1.30pm - 10pm UK time).

This position is offered under the French International Voluntary Program (V.I.E). Before applying, please ensure you meet eligibility criteria at the Mon vie Business France.

What you will be doing

• Assist in pricing, quoting, and executing exchange listed crypto options, and manage hedging exposures.
• Monitor volatility surfaces, liquidity conditions, order flow, and market news in order to identify and execute on trading opportunities.
• Manage communication with our OTC counterparties, ensuring the best service in terms of quoting and execution on OTC products.
• Book trades, manage option exercises, settlements and collateral movement.
• Contribute to dashboard development, real‑time analytics, and automation improvements.
• Monitor Greeks, exposures, execution slippage, and P&L in real time, ensuring that risk limits are adhered to.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve our execution tools, quoting algorithms, and overall infrastructure.
• Collaborate on scripting and automation tasks to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance) from a leading institution.
• Solid understanding of derivatives pricing fundamentals (Black‑Scholes, Greeks, volatility modeling).
• Genuine interest in the global crypto industry and its development.
• Strong attention to detail, high levels of concentration, and ability to make decisions under fast‑moving, high volatility conditions.
• Basic proficiency in Python or similar programming language.
• Ability to read and interpret system logs for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
