Qualifications

• An insurance or financial industry background is desirable, but not essential.
• An awareness and understanding of FCA rules and how to comply with them is desirable, but not essential.
• Motivated to study for Industry exams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new business enquiries.
• Complete the key task of fact finding to identify clients requirements and exposures.
• Obtain quotations from insurers.
• Communicate quotations to clients.
• Discuss additional exposures to ensure insurance requirements are satisfied.
• Incept cover and issue confirmation of cover if accepted.
• Ensure required documentation is issued to clients and insurers.
