The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying and have at least 2 years of UK experience. This role offers hands‑on experience, structured APC support and a clear pathway to chartership.
- Assisting in cost planning, tender documentation, and procurement advice
- Supporting senior surveyors with contract administration and valuations
- Attending client and design meetings
- Preparing interim and final accounts
- Assisting in the preparation of cost reports and financial forecasts
- Engaging with clients, contractors, and project teams
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- 2+ years of UK consultancy or contractor experience
- Working towards MRICS or keen to start APC
- Strong communication, numeracy, and analytical skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
