• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Main Contractor, Sub Contractor, or M&E Contractor.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of mechanical & electrical packages up to £20m.
• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress.
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
• Negotiate contract variations and final accounts.
