Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Swansea for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role includes preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), managing project budgets, conducting cost planning, and monitoring cost control throughout the lifecycle of projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for compiling cost reports, assessing project progress, and ensuring budget adherence while working collaboratively with project teams to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
