Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying or a related commercial discipline.
  • Experience across Construction, M&E, and Civil Engineering sectors.
  • Proven financial and commercial management capability.
  • Skilled in tender assessment and contract negotiation.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in IT systems with quick learning capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Produce initial cost plans and detailed estimates.
  • Track costs against budgets and compile progress reports.
  • Prepare tender documents and manage contracts.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with company standards.
