Job summary
A cultural services organization in Wales is seeking a Team Leader for a new community engagement team. This role involves working closely with the Powys community to connect them with museums, libraries, and the arts while prioritizing wellbeing and inclusivity. The Team Leader will lead the team and engage with arts partners to foster a supportive atmosphere. This position is vital for enhancing community connections and improving overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Lead a new Cultural Services community engagement team.
- Work with the people of Powys to build connections to museums and arts.
- Focus on improving wellbeing and inclusivity.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new Cultural Services community engagement team who will work with the people of Powys to build meaningful and fulfilling connections to museums, libraries, archives and the arts, focussing on improving wellbeing and helping people lead happier and healthier lives.
Our collective and collaborative aim is to ensure that we work across all communities to support accessibility and inclusivity for all. In addition to leading the team, the Team Leader will particularly focus on engaging with arts partners.
