Programme Duration: 2 years comprising 3, 8‑month assignments, in the UK and abroad.

Siemens Mobility, a global leader in rail engineering and innovation, is seeking an ambitious post‑graduate to join our renowned Siemens Graduate Programme (SGP). This is your chance to work on the development of state‑of‑the‑art solutions, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and advanced systems for our international customer base.

As part of the Global SGP, you will spend the first eight months at the brand‑new Siemens Rail Technology Centre in Chippenham, the next eight months in an advanced Technology Centre in Spain or Germany, and the final eight months back in the UK. The programme is designed to develop exceptional STEM candidates who are interested in moving into senior business functions. You will be mentored by senior executives and immersed in a variety of business areas to identify your career speciality through demonstrated success.

• Support the transition to next‑generation software platforms to deliver technology and power productivity gains.
• Contribute to trials, implementation, and the successful rollout of cutting‑edge solutions across the network.
• Make UK rail systems future‑ready by unlocking the power of AI and cloud‑based solutions.

• Postgraduate degree (MSc or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM‑related subject area.
• Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying or working abroad.
• No more than 3‑4 years of work experience in a related professional environment.
• Eagerness to work on innovative projects and learn from industry leaders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong desire to learn and lead.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments (as required).
