New Rail Technology Leader (Siemens Graduate Program)

Location: Chippenham, UK

Programme Duration: 2 years comprising 3, 8‑month assignments, in the UK and abroad.

Are you ready to shape the future of railway signalling technology? Siemens Mobility, a global leader in rail engineering and innovation, is seeking an ambitious post‑graduate to join our renowned Siemens Graduate Programme (SGP). This is your chance to work on the development of state‑of‑the‑art solutions, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and advanced systems for our international customer base.

As part of the Global SGP, you will spend the first eight months at the brand‑new Siemens Rail Technology Centre in Chippenham, the next eight months in an advanced Technology Centre in Spain or Germany, and the final eight months back in the UK. The programme is designed to develop exceptional STEM candidates who are interested in moving into senior business functions. You will be mentored by senior executives and immersed in a variety of business areas to identify your career speciality through demonstrated success.
