Manufacturing Costing Project Accountant — 3-Month
Job summary
A leading food manufacturing company in Tees Valley is searching for a Financial Accountant on a 3 Month fixed-term basis. This role is focused on updating and enhancing product costings for a diverse SKU base. Candidates should possess advanced Excel and manufacturing finance expertise and have excellent communication skills. The position offers a unique chance to work on impactful finance projects. Opportunities for further roles or permanent placements are also available.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to work across teams.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Practical experience and problem-solving capability valued.
Responsibilities
- Update and improve standard product costings.
- Build an Excel-based costing model for approximately 300 SKUs.
- Collaborate with ERP specialists to implement changes.
